Raised Hierarchy, Andrijana was a natural fit to become wife of Y'tallish's leader and next to ascend. Well-known for being equally fierce about her heritage and her children, the populace adores her. Her temper has frequently gotten the better of her, though usually for the right reasons.

Casimiro Jainnierr embodies his native Y'Tallish Province and the Legion. Both a huge fan and player of rugby, he commands attention in every room he enters. Being only one of two leaders not to sign the Accord, there is immense pressure on him to acquiesce.

The resident wise-cracking teenager with ever-changing hair, “Anything for a price” Cori is an adept trader, singer, and psi who prefers bubble gum and is fiercely protective of her nephew. She frequents Cult, Hierarchy, and Legion establishments, making her loyalty hard to pin down.

Dolann is a man-mountain with a personality to match. Difficult to get to know and as stoic as his nickname, his domination ability is put to good use training fetish arts clientele. Ties to the Hierarchy are maintained through his artistic and history acumen.

Myrrinn’s quiet, music prodigy brother is most recognizable by his waist-length hair and unusually colored eyes. A tendency to be reflective and consider all possibilities makes him a good strategist. He is devoted to his sister’s survival and they have never spent a night apart.

The Party turned an intensely curious bookworm with a nasty habit of eavesdropping into their premier field operative. His slight frame lends to early food insecurity. The only character portrayal he hasn't mastered is himself.

Valerinn Hammond became the Party’s Second Sovereign following a coup rooted in jingoistic rhetoric and her charming on-screen persona. Off-camera, her methodical and callous iron fist has enacted Accords, engaged Appeasement Treaties, closed borders, created new administrative regions, discontinued free trade, and heightened purges.

The Party's Monster Maker administers a psi medical research facility for various purposes. Presented as a renowned psychologist, only the Sovereign herself knows Irena's status as a mindwalker. Cold and clinical, she approaches life with pathological detachment and frequently visits Party camps.
